Laser welding produces neither thermal nor mechanical distortion in the processed materials, nor does it alter their hardness. Any type of metal may be welded, with or without filler (welding stick diameters ranging between 0.1 and 0.6 mm), even combinations of different filler material. In addition, the fact that it is a more precise weld reduces subsequent trimming tasks.

Laser cleaning vaporizes dirt, there being no physical contact with the material surface, thereby avoiding the appearance of marks and dimensional variations over time.

In addition, aerosol contaminants are captured by a suction system so that the area surrounding the work zone is not contaminated and no subsequent cleaning is necessary.

We have selective laser paint removal machines available; the most important applications are:

• The creation of conductive zones leaving the desired zone of the piece free of paint.
• Removing the preliminary masking of pieces in the process of being painted or subjected to electrophoretic deposition.

We use additive manufacturing techniques such as selective laser sintering, stereolithography, and fused filament fabrication, to create 3D prototypes with high levels of detail, quality and efficiency.

We are able to create prototypes with selective laser sintering in less time and at lower cost with respect to earlier techniques.
